The "black yeast fermentation liquid" is primarily made from black yeast (Aureobasidium pullulans) found in raw sugar derived from sugarcane. Aureobasidium EX100 contains a high amount of the polysaccharide β1,3-1,6 glucan, which normalizes immune function, as well as nutrient sugars that normalize cell sugar chains. Its effects range widely, including improvements in diabetes, hypertension, kidney and liver diseases, as well as atopic dermatitis, radiation protection, and anti-tumor effects.
